Ipsos Customer Survey

Today I received an invitation from Ipsos to complete a survey on behalf of Smart so that they can understand more about my recent new car purchase experience. It runs to eight pages and mostly covers the ownership experience as well as some marketing information. It can be done on paper or online. I'm looking forward to completing it!

I don't know how many of us will be getting these. I collected my car on 30th September. It might be the case that they are issued after a four month ownership experience.

I picked up my #1 the day before you, but I've yet to receive my survey. Was it delivered in the post or via email?

It came in the post. It may be the case that they are sending them just to a sample of owners.
