I use Waze via Android Auto from my Samsung mobile, and the direction prompts do appear in the HUD.

My wife spotted our first #1 in the wild on Friday. She was a passenger in another car and I wasn't with her unfortunately. Apparently it was red like ours and she had to check the Smart app to make sure ours was still on the driveway

On the question of accessing the climate controls when in Android Auto, you can just swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

Was s-pedal on? I've seen in the next software update that you will be able to select the regen strength, not sure if this is for both s-pedal on or off, or both.
