Re: Roadside assistance with Smart #1

I'm in the UK and didn't cancel my AutoAid breakdown cover when I purchased my #1. The renewal for me and the wife and our 2 cars is only £74/yr. So maybe belt and braces for me...

Re: Service

So my #1 and app are both saying to book a service appointment. My car is 21 months old has done 13k miles. So my question is, do I book it in and hope it is free and covered by smart, or do I wait until it is 2 years old?
I called the local smart dealer and they didn't seem to have a clue.

Re: Problem installing "Hello Smart" android app

Have you tried using a VPN on your phone to make it think it is in another country?

Re: Diverse issue

This happened to me until someone pointed out to check I was logged into my profile, which I wasn't. Check that. The speed limit alarm can be silenced by using Drive Setup. Smart posted a video on how to use that option in their YouTube channel. After setting up Drive Setup, you just have to enable ...

Re: Service

Looking at my Smart app, it seems to be heading me for the 30,000km mark, down 20,000km so far. In 2 weeks I'll have had my car for 18 months, so will advise if it notifies me of a service in the next 6 weeks.

Re: Key fob battery

That's a good point. Not all 2032 batteries are necessarily created equal.

Same here. Hopefully it fixes my DAB radio station selection issue.

Re: Service

I've had my #1 Premium since Sept 2023. I've done 11.5k miles, and the app says my next service is in 7k miles time, which will probably be around Sept 2025. So yes, 2 years to my 1st service. Maybe it is a variable service interval, where the car decides based upon distance driven, etc. The first t...

Re: Key fob battery

I've had my #1 for nearly a year and a half now, and have only had to replace the battery in the primary keyfob twice. The second time just the other week. I did get a notification from the car to say the battery was running low. I have never had to replace the battery in the other keyfob, and I kno...
