Ask if the garage uses 11 or 22kw charging rather than the lower values.

Do you have a charger at home and does that work?

Try altering the charging rate in the car and see if it works with your works chargers

They do areas released in a staggered fashion, so we don't all get they right away, I'd give it a week or two.
