Since getting the car in Sept 2023, I've had to replace the fob batteries every three to four months. I've had a warning from the car on every occasion. I also carry spares in the car.

In winter, I am getting about 200 to 210 miles on a full charge around town and 180 to 190 miles on the motorway. My car is a #1 Premium. That is in temperatures of around 5 degrees Celsius.

Mine is a Sept 2023 car with 8,500 miles and, according to the car, my first service is due 86 days or 10,000 miles (whichever is soonest I guess).

There have been issues with some of the early cars around door handles not retracting. Mine (Sept 2023 car) had revised parts fitted to the passenger door handle during last winter. At the time, the suggestion was that there were issues with some Bowden cables supplied to Smart.
