Re: Saving Preferences and Other Issues
Hi. How do I save settings to my driver profile? I just adjust the settings and assume it saves my choices somewhere. Do I have to explicitly save them? If so, how? I have a profile setup and it's definitely that profile which is enabled.

Re: Saving Preferences and Other Issues
Thanks for that response. I've had four EVs and none of them were like this. One or two kept the Lane Assist on, but it was always easy to turn off. If this is standard on the Smart, I think it's going back! I can't be doing with setting 6+ parameters every time I drive.

Saving Preferences and Other Issues
Hi. I just took delivery of a 73 plate #1. I'm having a problem in that many of the options I set get reset back to default each time I drive the car. Specifically these ones: - Cruise control type (I set to Adaptive Cruise, it resets to Pilot Assist). - Lane Assist (I turn off, it turns back on). -...

Just bought a 73 plate #1 Premium. Dealer installed 1.4.0. It has the 'Low' regen level I was after!

Re: Turn Off Regenerative Braking
I've just had confirmation from my local Mercedes dealer that the new OTA update will include an additional lighter regen braking level and will be rolled out in the UK in the next few weeks (July 2024).

Re: Turn Off Regenerative Braking
I found the attached on the Web, which is encouraging. I've asked my local dealer if he can confirm it.

Turn Off Regenerative Braking
Hi. I just test drove a Smart #1. There doesn't seem to be a way to turn off Regenerative Braking when releasing the accelerator ie the car doesn't 'coast'. I can turn it down, but not off. I've been able to turn it off on my four previous EVs and it's a showstopper for me as far as buying the #1 go...
