Not sure if this is the case here, but battery discharge rate (how quickly it can dump power into the motors) is affected by state of charge and temperature. Many performance cars like to preheat before launching and show limited power when not near full charge. Try again after preheating the batter...

The best advice for any car is avoid it entirely. Generally not worth potential damage. For electric though, the manual says keep moving, but you don't really have the same risks as ICE. No air intake or exhaust system to flood and the battery should be totally sealed. Just take it slowly and you sh...

I think I've seen 5 on the road, including one on the way home today. I also saw a car transport full of #1s down near Bristol a couple of months ago. Still waiting for mine to be delivered!
