Water leak

Check the plastic cap that runs along the top of the windscreen. They crack.

Hello - I am new to the forum. I have a SMART #1 which has the same water leak fault and cracks across the top fascia. (its been in for repair for 3 months so far)

I am trying to understand how wide ranging this problem is. Can any of you please confirm how soon into vehicle ownership you noticed the leak?

I received mine at the start of spring (2024) so didn't really notice it until the November when we were seeing persistent rain showers.

How many other SMART #1's have this annoying issue!!?
