The radio station can’t be changed!

Hi,
In my up to date #1 pro+ out of the blue I can’t change the radio station! It’s stuck!

How can I reboot the system without losing all the settings, please?

You can reboot the Smart console by holding the power button for 10 seconds. It doesn't reset any settings. I did it to my #1 Premium at the weekend to see if it fixed my Android Auto Waze issue.
