USB C in roof console ?

Ive tried to find this info out everywhere , but in the roof console there seems to be two USB C connections ? Is this correct ? Just wondered if they are or if theyre sensors or something . Not the lights but further down , could be used for a dashcam ?

I thought you had to get an adapter cable to tap from the rain sensor for dash cams in that console, not heard of usb cables before?

Is your car a newer production date, maybe they have updated things?
