Not accepting Zappi charge

Just had my Zappi fixed and it now works again to charge the Zoe, but the #1 won't charge. It used to charge ok before the Zappi broke down, but now it says "Charge Delayed" and after a few minutes the car says "Charging Ended", without ever taking any power.
It charges OK from public chargers.
The Zappi engineer says it must be a setting in the car, since it charges the other car ok.

Find someone else with a zappi and see if your car charges, failing that try another charging cable in your zappi if you have an untethered charger.

Thanks. I don't know anyone nearby with one, but I'll see what I can do. It's tethered so I can't change the cable.
