Passenger heated seat unavailavle

Hey! I've just brought the Smart #1 Brabus and wondered if anyone else has the issue of the passenger's heated seat being unavailable? Sometimes it appears and I can hear it click on, but generally, as soon as I put it in drive, the heated seat for the passenger only, turns off. I can't see any loose connections underneath. Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this, or am I best to take it to a garage? Thanks!

I managed to resolve this - for anyone else having this issue, it turns out the passenger airbag was off! Turning it on and putting the car in drive fixed the issue immediately.
