Hi, same thing happened to me just yesterday, after 2 months without the problem. Reset using the QR code and it's back to normal for now.
This problem seems to recur, but infrequently. Smart Germany provided me with instructions on how to reset the system -
1. Log out from your use profile in the infotainment system
2. Perform a long press of the on/off button to restart the sytem
3. Log back into your user profile
4. Select all the relevant privacy data settings, paying close attention to GPS Navigation settings
5. Take a short 5-10 minute drive with the newly updated settings
6. Close the car for at least 15 minutes, making sure to remove the key from the car sensing area
7. Re-test the system after the 15 minute period to see if the issue has been resolved.
So far it always works. Not sure what to do if it doesn't!
