We've had our Smart #1 since June and have always felt that something was off with the heating. We're now in the time of year where we need it
I did a test the other day using the heating option on the app and putting a thermometer in the car. Prior to heating, the car temperature in the app and the thermometer were showing 0C. I then started the heating via the app, setting it to 23C. When I went back out 15 mins later, the app said the car was 23C but my thermometer was showing 15C.
Driving around the other day, the only way I could get really warm air is by maxing out the climate control to Hi. We've switched to the Smart from an Ioniq 5, my wife was always very pleased with how well the Ioniq reached temperature via the app. So this has been a bit of a disappointment!
Before I call the dealer to see if I can get it booked in, is anyone experiencing anything similar ?
Thanks
Climate Control / Heating issues.
I've not had any issues with the heating in our #1 Premium, which we've had since September 2023, so have been through one winter and about to enter the next.
Which model do you have? Pro Plus or Premium/Brabus? I ask because the Premium and Brabus models have a heat pump, whereas the Pro Plus doesn't.
