Recently I timed the acceleration of my Brabus #1 in Brabus mode and was little bit shocked about the outcome. Times were monitored by a app with gps.

Result was 80-120 kph in 3.9 seconds whilst it should do 2.1 sec according to the offical data sheet.

Battery 50%, 7 degrees outside, dry road, already had a 30 minute normal/slow drive just before the attempt.

Attempt situation: driving 60 kph, flored the "throttle" and let the app measure 80 to 120.

It also felt "slow" so app measurements are reflecting somewhat correctly (maybe some deviation but that is ok) , do not have always have the feeling that the car is 'slow" when i try the same.
Any one has/had this same experience?

Not sure if this is the case here, but battery discharge rate (how quickly it can dump power into the motors) is affected by state of charge and temperature. Many performance cars like to preheat before launching and show limited power when not near full charge.

Try again after preheating the battery (as if you're going to charge) and with higher SoC (above 80%) and you might find that extra 0.2 seconds.
