Where can I find the VIN number for a Smart #1 Premium first reg Feb 2024?

The VIN number is in lots of places. You can find it in the Vehicle details section of the Hello Smart app, the bottom of the windscreen on the driver's side (UK RHD car) from outside, underneath a carpet flap under the driver's seat, and there are some stickers with the number on it under the bonnet. There may well be other places too.

Thanks. I feel stupid. Now you mention it, it’s right there on the windscreen and in a menu of the infotainment screen.
