Has anyone else had this? sat nav working fine until weekend. Now only shows destination flag and miles countdown, no info visible on turns or directions. Have reported to smart as i cant seem to get it back to normal.
Have just notice on another forum that it seems its a new widespread problem. Hopefully Smart will look into it asap, as sat nav is hopeless without it. Only alternative is using carplay

I noticed this yesterday morning (10 June) but, as this was the first time I’d tried using the inbuilt navigation, I assumed I’d done something wrong and I needed to find a tutorial on how to use it.
Actually, it did display one bit of turn advice in the HUD at one roundabout, but the rest of the 7- mile journey was just the destination flag and miles countdown.

Hi, just mentioned this on another thread. Same problem here, but only outside the UK. Back in the country it works as normal. In Germany, for example it tells me there's a traffic light ahead but no advice on turning left or right. I also resorted to Carplay. I mentioned to the dealer and will follow up next week.
Mine appears to work correctly, on the left the overall journey left indicator and on the right it shows the next junction info in the box with it switching to a picture of the junction and where you go as you get closer.
