Bike rack

Hi,

Anyone got a bike rack for their Smart #1? Looking for one for without a tow hitch, that ideally fits 4 bikes!

I got a tow bar fitted and bought a second hand tow bar mounted bike rack for two bikes. It works great ... and my wife's bike is quite a heavy electric model. I know my answer isn't going to help you much however it sounds ambitious to carry four bikes without a tow bar mounted bike rack.

Did Mercedes fit the towbar or was it an independent?

In my case it was an independent towbar installer selected by Smart Car (Perth, Scotland) - I paid Smart Car and they in turn paid the independent installer. However I was told that future towbar installations would be done in the Smart Car garage as their car mechanics had been recently trained.

It sounds far too big a load to hang 4 bikes without a towbar.
